Purpose of processing and legal basis

Personal data will be processed consistently with the services offered by FI.DAL. STAMPI S.R.L. through its portal in order to guarantee the supply of goods and services pertinent to the object of the company statute as well as to allow the commercial activity of direct marketing (activity for which the company has a suitable Register of the treatment containing the categories of subjects to which the personal data refer. Within these purposes, the processing also concerns the data relating to registrations to the portal necessary for the management of relations with FI.DAL. STAMPI S.R.L. as well as to allow effective institutional communication and to fulfil any legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.

Place and methods of processing

The data are processed exclusively within the Italian territory by personnel who are educated, trained and authorised to the lawful processing of data according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, pertinence and not exceeding the purposes of collection and subsequent processing.
